Establishment and maintenance of a safe work environment is the shared responsibility of the employer and employees.  We provide a safe and healthful work environment and strive to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local Safety and Health regulations.

Equipment

Waste Industries has over 80 well maintained trucks and support vehicles to provide service to our customers.  Trucks are held to a rigorous standard of preventative maintenance from brakes to tires to filters so that our customers, our employees and the public are always safe.

Recycling

 Waste Industries recycles as much material as possible.  By avoiding to put materials in landfills and incinerators, Waste Industries  helps preserve and protect land and air for the pubic and environment. 

• Waste Industries collects and recycles over 11,000 tons newspaper and cardboard per year.
• Waste Industries collects and recycles over 6,000 tons of commingled recyclables per year.

Waste Industries implements and educates businesses and educational facilities on recycling programs.
